Simplifying COVID-19 Cancellations

You’ve been enrolled to participate in the COVID-19 Voucher Program. Learn more about our COVID-19 force majeure flexible cancellation policy and exceptions to the Voucher Program.

The window for opting-out of this program ended at 08:59 on April 20, 2020.

How the Voucher Program Works:

When travelers contact EG requesting to cancel their eligible non-refundable reservation, we will offer them a voucher to rebook their stay at your property on Expedia Group websites. If a voucher expires without being used by the traveler, we intend to pay you the amount you would have received for the original booking, unless the value has to be returned to the traveler.

Offer Individual Refunds:

If a traveler contacts you directly, you can initiate the cancellation within Partner Central, which will automatically issue the traveler a full refund and alert them that their existing reservation with you has been cancelled.
